With all the negative posts I read on here about EBAY, I thought I would post about a great experience I had today. I bought an Atlas Tire display stand and seller shipped within hours of accepting my best offer. I received it today packaged like someone really cared. To my surprise, I also received a mint 1938 THE GENERAL TIRE & RUBBER CO. ad from an old Life magazine as a gift. Really made my day as this has never happened before. Maybe there is hope for mankind.

Last week I bought 2 separate signs, & to my surprise both arrived in wood crates! was very happy to see that!
on top of it, one sign had a note written by the seller explaining the history of the sign and he even included a Polaroid picture that was taken & showing where he got the sign from 25-years ago.

I recently had 2 different ebay sellers refund a few bucks back to my paypal acct.,after their initial shipping quote was greater then actual. 16 years on ebay, and that's the first time that happened.
