this guy has been listing lots of nice signs... ALL of them have been restored/refurbished/etc. to me it looks like they have had paint jobs. many of them are double sided, and the reverse is in pretty good shape

While I understand what refurbished means, his description is a bit deceiving as to a restored sign. It looks heavily restored and should be described as such.

i do... based on what the Bear went for last week, I believe some people are bidding with the assumption it has not been restored. but who knows.

there is a battery sign i posted a few weeks ago that a local guy had for sale and it's the mini version of the one that you usually see. he has it on eBay now and it will sell for the price the bigger version does. i really don't think people read stuff or there are an increasing number of people with more money than brains.
