Looks like a fake from India.

It is poorly laid out & executed. Valued simply as a decorative panel with no collector value $80-$125.

In all honesty you could go to any college with a decent art school and they could make you a one off that looked far better.

Sheepdog I presume this is tied to your other thread on how to tell fakes from real. The above is a great example of repro done bad but there is lots of "good" repro that fools all of us. Some more than others, unfortunately. Here is a link from way back that talks about the exact subject matter and down the page you will see some great pointers on Elephant kerosene signs specifically. If you're looking for specific stuff use the Google OG search on the top&lower right to search, it will greatly enhance your experience. Many have asked the same questions before.
Welcome to OG-the education begins!

Tread lightly John, she may be coming to GasStuff with me this year.
The only savior was some watermelons had a black kid attached so it made it to collectable status. Unlike the rest of the stuff that was given away or made good fire starter material

none, we squashed the watermelon collecting when friends would start buying watermelon trinkets at flea markets, I mean how many gay watermelon plates and mugs do you need, or want.
