I have traveled all over this country for this business that I'm in, but have never been to Iowa Gas. I think this will be the year. I will not be vending, only buying. What I would like to do is to purchase 20-25 "gutted" Wayne, Martin Schwartz Model 80's. I prefer ad glass top, low top, short cylops, high curb cyclops pumps. Script top units do not get me excited and I only do those as a last resort. All pumps need to be complete and in good overall condition. I will pre purchase or buy at the show, whichever works best for all concerned. I will be in town on Tuesday, July,29th and plan on leaving on the 30th if loaded? Paying cash and am quite serious about this request. Paul www.severngaspumps.com cell 410-245-3210 shop 410-969-2899

LOL--Not quite DB. I got there at noon on Tuesday and was shocked at the number of vendors already set up! But Tuesday and Wednesday were just fine!

Hey some of us younger collectors (LOL) did pretty good finding a few things on Thursday! I do agree that most the pumps are bought up right away though!

Thanks
Mike

Dick, Very interesting. Having spoken to a few vendors who do IG, I was thinking I'd be early? I can show up on Sunday if need be? Paul

Craig, I did see that one but it is in the wrong direction, LOL! Even though Vermont looks close, on the map, it is a good distance up the coast. Two days up/back plus fuel/tolls and a room. I got an answer from him, on price, and he says he is pretty firm? Decided too pricey??? I really appreciate the information, as it always helps having extra eyes scope out the stuff.
