I thought this might be an interesting topic to throw out there. At the very least, it would be cool to see some petro "eye candy"....... If you could only keep (2) items from your petro collection, what would you keep? Let's see some photos. I'll start........ If I could only keep two items in my "meager" collection (haven't been doing this too long), I'd keep my Wayne 60 because I did all the bodywork and some of the paint work. I'd also keep this Sinclair porcelain sign which is 9'9" x 18" and in near mint condition. Hopefully these pics aren't too big. If so, the moderators can jump in and correct it. Let's see what you'd keep........ Mac [This message has been edited by Mac (edited 02-03-2006).] [This message has been edited by Mac (edited 02-03-2006).]

It would be my Fry 77 and my Fry 177 that my father stole from me. I will probably get a chance to buy them off of ebay soon.

Mac-- I would keep a fully restored Wayne 70 done in Polly Gas colors and a completely restored White Eagle ethyl lollypop sign with an original White Eagle cast base.

I love that Speedway sign Ron. I've got to get down and see you sometime. I'm hoping to do a personal tour of the Southern CO gas guys this summer. You ,Brandon ,Thunder, Brice, Baublits, etc. Hodge knows a guy that can do that neon up for a reasonable price if you haven't done it already. chris

Mac, Thats a Great looking 60 ya got to hold on to that , And how could ya get rid of that Speedway sign of Ron's But Dick you could open a tokheim Orphen Home for displaced tops and make a lot of people happy LOL. Myself I would have to keep my Polly A-38 like Mac I did a lot of the work, and My Bennett 966 done in Pure Firebird because it was the first thing that started me collecting.

I'll keep my Silent Chief sign, no question. I also have some McColl Frontenac signs that don't mean as much to me.
I know of a globe I want. I know who has it, and the gentleman knows I want it. It has a family connection, and someday, I'll get it. If all the planets line up correctly... I'd almost give up the other signs for this globe.
I don't really have much else that doesn't directly relate to my time at Texaco Canada.
Always looking for Texaco Canada, Supertest, White Rose, McColl Frontenac, and Miller Oil Co. info.
