Any after market Glass Co. out there? #2, How do you guy's put a shine on brass after it was sand blasted? Can I clear coat it with Lacquer afterwards? #3,Is there any chemicals on the market that will instantly make tarnished brass shine, or at least get the tarnish off? #4,What does Correct Measure Pump Co. and Fry have in common? Not to be critical but next time dont let the brass get balsted. Now you need to remove more metal in a process called poilishing depending on the damage you sand with 80 180 240 320 400 then buff with a spiral sewn wheel and tirpoli compound finishing with white compound. to protect the brass from tarnishing again I use clearcoat it for brass and aluminum not needed for stainless
check out caswell plating for more info

Answer to #4: I can find no connection between Correct Measure and Fry other than that they were both located in Rochester, Pennsylvania. Actually Fry was not the name of the company, it was Guarantee Liquid Measure, their pumps were called the Fry. Just before they sold out to the Wayne Pump Co. in 1928, they changed the name of the company to Fry Equipment Corp. Some of the problem is that a book printed in 1996, incorrectly identifies some of Correct Measures pumps as being made by Guarantee. Correct Measure went out of business around 1930. A history of both companies can be found in the "Company Histories" section of my Gas Pump Identification book. Jack Sim Author, Gas Pump Identification book
