Looks foreign by the shape of the bottle slots. Could be wrong.

All I've seen were Double Sided. Good Luck on finding just 1 side.

Holds US quart oil cans. First time, I've seen a single sided one.

"Could be wrong". YEP your right on that guess.
Cans will almost be standing vertical as bottom goes in further than top of can, yet the holder is shaped like the letter "A".

FWIW, cans sit in it like this. Can lid lips lock on the little flanges.
Not that I would know, but I would think it to be pretty rare.
It's a very cool looking piece. Love to see it full of the Shell Penn cans like the one in my picture. Although that would run you north of a cool grand to do.
