Hi folks,

Looking to purchase a black and a white Veedol quart oil can if anyone has some extras and they are reasonably priced.
I have a US shipping address.

Please send pics to kevintribe@shaw.ca if possible.

Thanks so much.
Kevin

Kevin, the can Randy posted; is known as the orange/Black "Large Diamond Star-burst" can and was Veedol's 2nd Generation sealed qt can design...(small diamond star-burst was Veedol's 1st generation sealed qt can, in use from 1933 to 1936)... Whereas the second generation design was used from 1936 to 1940... In the smaller 1 qt, Imperial qt and 5 qt sizes... The design was used until the mid 40s, in the larger 5 gal and 5 gal Tractor Oil cans...

Such cans are routinely found on Ebay in a variety of conditions... And usually run from $20 to $200+ depending on condition and size of can....

Wonderful information Bob. Thanks so much.
I'm very new to oil and gas collecting so I appreciate your insight.

Still trying to figure out how to post photos....
