These 2 photos are original black & white photos that have been professionally colored by graphic artists... or so I'm told. I found them very neat!

Wow, very cool to see!! That second one especially for some reason!! It really changes the feel. I think it's the sunshine in the picture that makes it cool for me.
I think its cool how the people all gathered around to see the new fangled contraption. Early century gear heads. Imagine what that old dude is thinking. He was born and grew up with horses.

Very cool!
There is a series on television that I have seen called "World War II In Color" on American Heroes Channel. An interesting perspective of the past like these photographs are.
I confess to like BOTH the original and the colorized versions!

Very well done. I tinker around with doing this on the computer when I'm under a lot of stress. No results like the pictures shown, but I feel happier.

We sometimes forget that the world itself has always been in color, so our lifetime of viewing it (the past) in black and white is actually giving us a false perspective and view.
