i have just purchased a kerosene outfit but i can't find the info i need about the true age.

this is a round kerosene outfit with a hand crank that after turning three rev's it has a lever that contacts a gear on a dial which counts the quarts or gallons.

the serial # is in good condition and the prefix starts with T-18 O as in oscar

i need help idenifying
