According to PCM's Gas Pump book the Sherwin Williams number for Esso blue is 50029. Any body shop should be able to cross that number.

These are PPG recipies I collected most likely from this site.
Should be able to check before mixing if it is the darker/older blue (I wouldn't have saved the newer one).
