I am currently redoing a Wayne 866 in Texaco FireChief colors. Two questions -
1 -- Somebody on here said the other day (can't remember when or find the post) that Texaco always painted their pump bases black. Can someone shed some more light on this, true or false?
2 -- How do I get the pump face backing plates apart from the cloxk mechanism?

Appreciate all your help.

Steve

Steve, it was Alex that stated the Texaco bases were black under "most popular brand" thread. He has convinced me to do my tall 39 sides AND doors in Texaco red. Brady
