I have a 58 willeys from Colorado that is nearly restored and I would like to know if there were any gas companies native to that area or nearby.

I think Husky had their main office in Denver for awhile until they split for Canada. But they were basically from Cody WY.

I believe Frontier Oil Company was based out of Denver Colorado and or Cheyenne Wyoming. I know Beeline was near there also. Maybe Utah. I can look on one of my cans when I go home and see exactly what they say. Ted

Colorado was home to Powerine..Hortons..Sommers..Paramount..Speedway..Fargo..Oriental..Gold State..Navy..Red Dot..Cliff Brice..Seigal..Autolene..Split Second..Motoroyal..Automatic Oil & Gas..Gasamat..Tucker Oil..Gates Oil..and a few other smaller ones. Conoco had its beginnings in Colorado in the late 1800's & left in 1929 after being bought by Marland. Frontier also as has been mentioned. Like in most states..by the early 60's most all of these companies were gone.
