Hopefully, it is O.K. to post this comment in this section of the forum. I just had a super customer service with Mike Slama in Portland. I recently made a relatively small decal purchase from him. Possibly due to "operator error", I had problems applying one decal. It broke apart as I was putting it into place.
I emailed Mike about this, since I had no problem applying the other decals from my order. I wondered if I had received a defective decal. Mike checked a couple of the identical decals from the batch, and found them to be fine. THEN, he sent me a replacement decal at no charge to make me whole (something he certainly wouldn't have been obligated to do). To me, this is a wonderful example of excellent customer service. In my book, Mike is a first-class business operator. I just wanted to share. John

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...
