As far`as I know we are still on. We only have less than 1 inch at our place and here in the Snowy city we don't let less than a foot slow us down....

I'll call Hubba back and let him know.

We could take it over to his place this week Don. Hell, you could drop it by there today if you're into the snow drive. He is home, said he wasn't going out in the snow and he'd look for something to cook, lol!
Those guys back east are going to read this and laugh at us, lol! No driving with 3-4 inches of snow!

Hey Jeff,
Yeah, we're laughing......I read your post to my wife, she laughed and said she'd even drive in that little bit of snow.
Serously though, if you're not used to driving in the snow its best to stay home!

Does anyone have Don's cell phone number? Email me please.

Yep Bob, everyone here talks about these hills. The other problem is my truck, WAY too big for seattle. I have to cut it close when it is dry, these streets are tiny. All I need is to get a little sideways and thrash my truck.

Craig, You have to remember Local Frank is in Real Estate and he's gone off the deep end describing my stuff. Nothing you don't have or haven't seen. Chuck'c place is about 25 miles from mine like Tom says, 1/2 - 2/4 hr drive.

Paul... you are much too modest. The stuff you have on display is very impressive to me. Your Soda Pop Room is also very impressive to me. Just my opinion. I just wish that I had deep pockets like you have... Your collection is well worth a tour... and I am sure that no one will be dissapointed. All I have to offer is a train ride.

Hey, is there room for one more? I have not been on this web site in a while and I just saw that many of you are getting together. I would really like to go on the tour and see some of these collections. I met some of you in Scappoose for the gas bash.

Where and when should I show up?

Thanks in advance.

Scot

I guess Roger from Ephrata and Mike from Wenatchee made it all the way in the snow to Skykomish Sunday before they got the word to turn around. Now that's dedication! I don't think Roger can make it this weekend but hopefully Mike will give it another shot.

Weather doesn't look too bad at this time, can't wait till Sunday. It's gonna be great!

WOW that is dedication coming over the pass in the snow! Hope they can make it again. The weather was not bad last sunday as Lynn,Jeff and myself drove up to Hubbas no problem. You know those Seattle wimps not able to drive in 1 inch of snow. No wonder the mid west guys are still laughing at us. See you guys sunday rain, snow or shine! no wimps this week!

Really looking forward to seeing everyone and those way COOL collections on Sunday morning. Sounds Like John Clay will be riding shot gun with me. I have not seen any of these north end collections so there should be some great stuff, a train ride, general store, and then over to Flyingausa Pauls place I have been looking forward to Pauls place and all of the others for quite some time Paul should have a GREAT collection as he has the DEEPEST pockets of any one of the gas geeks in the Seattle area. Buy I'm sure he will be modest as usual and say that we all have the money and not him. You gotta love Paul. See you guys sunday morning.

Paul, if I remember correctly, Benny kinda liked me last time I was at your place; so, no treats for him??? Glad we're getting some more guys from around the state to join us. We can't elect a Governor, but we know how to have a GOOD time!!!!!!!!!!!!! We know where our priorities are in this state!!!! Since we're going to Paul's, if you want to see some real junk, you're welcome at my shop; by then we might need a rodeo pop break (yes Hubba, I mean you & me!!)

Hey Don, the guys back east might laugh at us (along with everybody else) but I think they have heated floors in their shops, right guys? And if you don't, why not???? The California guys are crying about the rain, we're crying about the snow & cold, floods back east...blah, blah, blah!!! Man, breakfast is gonna taste mighty GOOD at Mr. Bill's on Sunday...................

Dick, I should bring beer for Tom and the rest of the guys. I don't drink beer as I can't stand the taste and it takes to long to do the job and makes you go to the bathroom way to often. I drink the hard stuff about 2 or 3 times a year as it works faster and you hardly ever go to the bathroom!!! So if I bring the beer and thay are always in the bathroom I would have time to load a couple of good pumps in my truck and then you and I could have a couple more cool pumps.. what ya think??

Hey there gas guys and gals. Not to be the bearer of bad news and to sound like a wimp, the news is calling for a possible snow / ice storm for this weekend into Sunday. It might not happen, but if it does we need to have a plan so that everyone knows ahead of time whether or not the tour is on. I don't have a problem with a little snow, but an ice storm is a different story. I am sure the weather man will have a better idea by Saturday night, so lets look at it then. But lets agree to have a decision by 6 or 7 am on Sunday posted here. Someone like Tom or Vern who are in the worse hit areas could make the call. What do you guys think.
