Looking to but this but want to see what you think - has red rust that I read was a suspect sign ??? Is this a fake ?? Thanks

It looks good to me....It appears maybe someone used a red filler or something to try and fix the hits once upon a time, or possibly the sign was once painted over in a red color and the residue is still clinging to the rust in the porcelain loss areas.
