Is that a picture of a Wayne salesman's sample?

Just a piece of advice, every company that made this type of pump designed their own spigot, as I asked above, the picture you supplied appears to me to be a salesman's sample for a Wayne very early Private Garage Pump, one that was made years before the first curb pump was made.
I don't have anything in inventory that would help you, but it would help you if you are asking for a spigot for a particular pump, or one very small one that would go on a salesman's sample.
Post here what you wish to put this spigot on and I will post a picture of what you are looking for.
