I noticed that they've just started posting some of their upcoming January auction highlights on the Automobilia page, has anyone ever seen the Red Crown Gas sign pictured? It looks like a 30"? Talk about a crown jewel. Their website is barrett-jackson.com. -Mike

Did you all look at the Buyers Premium for the automobilia? ITS 15% FOR LIVE BIDDERS! THATS INSANE! I've been to 5 auctions and they were all about 5%. Are many auctions that high on the premium? Robert

They figure that because you can afford to be there & get a Bid #, you can AFFORD the premium ! It's not a nickel/dime auction. The ENTRANCE FEE keeps most LOOKY-LOO'S out. db

Remember.....the items' owner is paying to have his stuff sold as well. They are a bit higher than the norm....that being 10% with a higher percentage for absentee/online bidders. On a positive note, they have sold stuff for me and done a great job. No complaints here. Business is business after all.
