This is a "sampling" of what Mike Slama brought down from Portland. His display was voted "most drool" by the crowd! You should have seen his A-38 and A-1 lens'...Wow!
how about a nice Speedway on Ripple body?
A little touch up on a couple of these signs, buy where are you going to find a Motorite in that condition.

You are probably wondering "what the heck is this?" Dwaine fighting off some snakes? Well, one of the vendors was selling wooden snakes? don't ask me? anyway, I bought one for each of the three grandsons, and 'ol Dwaine, was funning around with them.
Overall, the bash was very good. I think some of the guys were scared off by the prediction of bad weather. As it turns out, Friday was great. Many guys showed up Thursday afternoon, and you can imagine the wheeling and dealing going on out of the trunks of cars. A few of the dealers left Fri. afternoon, but more were expected on Sat. When the rain drops started falling about 4am. many of the hardy threw in the towel and left.
The highlite of the show, was when Steve Castelli invited about 100 of his closest friends over to view his collection and a BBQ. When we all got there, his wife had made Prime Rib. The only thing better than the food was the hospitality, the only thing better than the hospitality, was the collection. I'll let some other guys post those photos. My camera worn out! I've seen many collections, but this one took my breath away.
As for me? yes, I did get my Wayne 50 and a Hayes cash recorder clockface pump too. I'll post them later on the BOTW.
