This one is waaaaaay beyond my knowledge but I'm trying to figure it out. Could really use some help. Feels right to me in the hand and the rivet looks old but what do I know. Anyone feel confident?

I have 2 different refs, Pepsi-Cola Collectibles (1993) and Petretti's Soda Pop Guide (2003) that only show examples of this as an easel-backed cardboard sign (no grommet). They are listed as 10" x 14". Also, the black borders around the quotes pretty much go all around.

Just to clarify, there are cardboard versions that are original, from the 1930s to early 1940s. The piece in question appears to be just a metal reproduction.
