Yes Canada is 150 years young today. Celebrations abound north of the 49th parallel to mark its official birthday.

Happy Birthday Canada! I was born in Kitchener Ontario many years ago and am old enough to remember 1967, the centennial year. Enjoy the festivities!

My mom, dad and brother were born in Saskatchewan and came to the US in 56. Then "The Yank" was born....I have always been proud of my Canadian heritage. I have always told my cousins that I am going to get my dual citizenship, just to teach them a lesson...Happy Birthday, O' Canada........

Happy Birthday/Joyeux Anniversaire Canada! So how many beaver tails do you eat on this day, or is it just a stereotype. I looked up the recipes and they sound decadent! 😋 And yeah, I know I am late on this...it's been a busy weekend!
