Country music legend. Great songwriter, musician and entertainer. Glad I was able to see him perform on the last tour with his family.
Looking for photos, etc from 60s era Shell-A-Rama gas station and Pal's Diner, Rt. 17 Mahwah, NJ & US or state highway signs, shields, route markers

Good musical talent, not sure if he wrote all his songs or not. Seemed like he did not feel comfortable those first 5 years though, was not use to the limelight. Did enjoy the songs though and yes the problems of life did catch up with him in some respects.

Fascinating life. Started with nothing and became a guitar virtuoso. Good read here. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glen_Campbell

If you have a chance to see the documentary of his last tour that chronicles his struggle with Alzheimer's, it is both sad and uplifting.
His daughter said up till the very end of his life, he would still sing, even though the tune was made up and the words were nonsensical. She was grateful that he always had music in his heart.
