Hi Jim new guy here. I am restoring an old Phillips 66 station that was changed in the 60s to a champlin and am removing the porcelain panels and restoring to the original block exterior. Is there any demand for the porcelain panels ? They have been painted but we have removed paint on a few with a little work.

Yes, there is a market for gas station building porcelain panels. Condition and location are a serious issue for buyers. Not every petroliana collector could make use of them, but some would love to reconstruct a station or just one wall on their property.

Type "porcelain panel" in the Google Custom Search form on the top right corner of this page to see more info.
