If Jim calls it a globe, I can't argue with him. LOL I've seen old wall mount half globes frames that look like that but I agree that the size is the interesting part.

I wonder if it could of been a clock body due to the holes in the back. Snap ring has me stumped don't know if clock faces were ever held in that way. I to agree odd size for a half globe face body. Yep no help just my thoughts,someone will tell me why my notion isn't right.

Maybe it waz used on a homemade baseball score board? When I say homemade, I mean well thought out... maybe for a town baseball field?? Chris

Thanks Loyd. I had no idea that was an Ebay number. Just looked like a string of numbers with no meaning to me. Funny how a little info can go a long way to clarity.
