I've been finishing off a new room adjacent to my man cave petro display room. This is technically a "bedroom" but I'll be using it as a place to display my smaller items like cans and other things that look best on a shelf. Just laid the floor and assembled the used library shelves. Now going through boxes that haven't seen the light of day in years. Finding things I forgot I had. Having fun putting stuff out.

Here are a few pics to show how it's going. The auto body plastic filler cans are mostly from the 1950s. The little ones are just over an inch tall, so you're not filling big dents with those. wink The Chief Paint items include auto and truck paint cans as well as a child's promotional Chief Paint headdress.

Cool chief stuff Jim. I have that exact paint thinner can on the left in similar condition. Good progress on your "smalls" room!

I've never seen body filler cans that small. Isn't it fun unpacking stuff that's been packed away for years, it's like finding it for the first time all over again. Great idea for the shelves, show us when full.

Here's my shelf of tire paint cans. Didn't know I had this many until I got them organized. Apparently people painted their tires back in the day.

Those whitewalls got dirty! Plus why get a new tire when with a little of black (and white) you can make your old tires look like new.

Don't we have similar products for tires now - not exactly paint but still to make them look shiny and black?
