Hello all,
Cold start to the day today in the 20's with some fresh snow on the ground. It is April right? Not much going on here except work frown

Have a stupendous day!

Sun is out, snow coming later today, 9 above zero, house with 35 acres in the country for sale, maybe. Not in a flood plain, hurricane or tornado zone. No extra charge for snow six months of the year and you will rarely see 90 degrees. Still hoping to make some maple syrup when it warms up to the 30's-40's.

Good morning everyone,

Don't dispair my northern friends, Spring will come one day. We even have snow forecast here on the weekend. Big day today in this region as the baseball Cardinals hold their home opening game.

Just got a cool little tool. A lunchbox size vacuum that uses the same battery as my cordless drill & saw. Handy and powerful enough.

Have a great Thursday out there in Oldgasland

Good morning everyone!

Bright and cold here 30°. Rain or snow on the way, I'll put my money on the snow. My daffs took a hit this "spring?" so I guess in keeping with this weather no spring flowers. No big plans for today so maybe do some more shop cleaning.

Had some friends from Canada stop in to visit on their way to CoinOp. Been doing this for years and it's good to see them twice a year.

That's it, have a great everyone and stay warm and safe.

Have gas all the time

Checking in. 48 right now. They are calling for high 60,s in a couple of days. Sitting at the computer watching some Tom turkeys trying to entice some ladies. Off to the shop. Richard

Good morning all! Yes our daffodils came up partially about two weeks ago. Cold weather stopped them, and then I noticed yesterday that the deer have eaten the tops off. I guess that I don't have it so bad after all.

Hello All,
Enjoying a nice sunny day today, yet cool. We are expecting snow to develop tonight with 2-4 inches expected Friday. I've seen a lot of the spring flowers coming up here as well, but not sure how many will make it to maturity with a couple days of snow forecast and cold weather. I know snow insulates them some, but ice will do them in.
Have a good day!
Darin

Afternoon all, not snowing or raining here so all's good. I'm feeling proud and relieved as I got the jar off of the visible base without breaking it this morning. Now on to cleaning up the parts and finishing up taking everything apart. I guess I better start a parts list as I go so I can start ordering some replacement pieces. I was surprised at how easy the cylinder came off. I ended up breaking off three of the studs trying to unscrew the nuts but they were already loose so it didn't cause any problems. One thing I like about these visibles is there is no computer to rebuild and a lot less sheet metal parts to blast and straighten, at least on this one. I hope I don't start liking them too much..... Have a great day all.....GB
