Re: Gulf price sign, I almost did not answer this cause I've been second guessing myself for fear of misleading, but I wrote down $2600 which seems.. well umm.. high.

Looking for better Gulf items: signs, globes, cans and paper - especially porcelain Gulf flanges, and Gulf A-38 & A-62 ad glass...

There was a NO NOX price sign that recently sold for $2000 plus commissions at the Peotone Auction. I got my Good Gulf one off eBay a few years ago for around $500. Sure looks cheap now!

...yeah, I heard about the other one as well. Methinks those two signs are ridiculously overpriced...seriously...

Cool pics thanks!!Whats with the script tops,I know the ms 80s,but whats with the pump in the backround,also whats the Mobil lid sitting on the table fit???It has a formed flange around the bottom??

Thanks Petroholic, the other script top pump in the pics besides the 80s is a version of the M/S 70, and the spare top is for a 70 as well. The pump came home with me, thought it was quite cool and it was one of the reasons I went.
