Does anybody have a picture of what kind of display this sign would have been in? I can find pictures of the newer style but not this one. It is double sided and has the places for poles down each side.

Thanks

I have a set of the Fire Chief and Sky Chief. They had sticky tape on the bottom and they were set on the pump. This was during the time when they had a program for blending their gas for the local area. These would have gone on pumps without globes. Note, your sign has the localized number for the area and my Fire chief signs do not. I only have ones with the number on the Sky Chief signs.

Here is a sign that went on the banjo pole out on the street.

And a plastic window sign that shows the different area by number. Sorry it is fuzzy, it is actually two signs together. More than what you were looking for...but, thought you might be interested.

Thanks for all the info, that’s interesting stuff. Have you seen a double sided one like this where it’s red on top and bottom instead of just the bottom?

Mine is the same as the ones Alex showed. I didn't know they had the localized number on the Firechief versions, thought it was just on the Skychief. Now I have something else to look for for my collection lol. And, nice collection you have Alex!
