Hi all. This item belonged to my grandfather and I've had it for years, but I would like to know what it is. It says "Phillips 66 Handy Cowl Fastener" on one side. The other side has an arrow saying "use here" and it also has Morse code for all letters of the alphabet. Any ideas on what it was used for and/or its value? I've found nothing looking on-line but maybe I'm using the wrong search criteria. Thanks for any help you can provide. Bob

Some aircraft and automotive applications use dzus fasteners. Could that be a tool for releasing the dzus, perhaps issued as a promo item for the aircraft industry?
