Hi all,
Found this pump and would like to know what I should offer for it?
Also, the building in background appears to be loaded with neat stuff.

Depending on condition of the other side, and the condition of the base, assuming everything is in good shape, this pump should be worth between $650 and $850.

I agree with Kevin 100%. From the way its sitting in the dirt, it's very possible that there is some rust-through at the bottom on the doors and/or side panels, which would decrease the value significantly.
