Hello everyone! I found myself interested in getting an old gas pump and I finally stumbled upon two. One is a 1954 Bowser 595c Teleview. The other is a Wayne model 80. I fixed up the Bowser and wanted the computer to run. I searched Grainger and found a small gear motor that works great. I wanted to share the part number because they are closing them out. It is made in the USA, part number 5CFL5, normally sells for $103.50 clearance price of $33.29. I hope that some of you find this helpful. I wired mine through a timed relay, when you lift the pump handle I have run for 30 seconds, seven gallons and seven dings of the bell and then shuts down. My grandson thinks it is pretty cool. Thanks for the great site and all the good information. Steve in St Louis, Mo.

Hopefully my pictures made it to this reply:)
I used the rod that used to start the pump motor, by way of lifting the pump handle, to actuate a small switch in that gray 6 x 6 junction box. The switch starts the adjustable timer, which starts the gearmotor, which I have set for thirty seconds. After the time is up I have to reset the pump and then lift the pump handle again to start the sequence.
Just a few small items to do to finish my pump before I install it in front of my garage. Hope you all enjoy the paint on my version of a Sinclair pump.
Sorry...going to try to rotate the pics!!
