Looks like a porcelain sign that got painted over when they painted the building.

Hello. I am new to the sign field. I have this full size Texaco sign. It is 18 feet tall. For my edification, would this be considered a "Lollipop" or a "Banjo" sign. I would like to list it correctly.

Thank you

The slang term is a banjo sign. It is also called a sign-pole.

A lollipop generally refers to curb signs that were placed at the curb of the station... usually around 3-6 feet tall.
