What's the value in this condition, and would this be an attendant's badge? Size is 2" in diameter & badge is Whitehead Hoag

It's a Socony-Vacuum office or refinery employee badge....attendants, the high majority anyways, were not direct employees of S-V. These date from the WW2 era when security was a major concern for the company.

Personally in that shape I wouldn't feel it would sell for much over $15 maybe $20. They used to sell for pretty good money in good condition, but I've noticed the prices falling on them overall the last few years.
