’m nearing completion of my second Clear Vision pump. I had picked this one up in Cochrane,AB from a seller who had originally picked it up in Saskatchewan. He owned it for a number of years before deciding to sell. The pump had a original Fire Chief pump plate on it from 1947 so I decided to restore the pump as it had last been used. I curved a repro pump plate using a bit of heat and the 2x4 method. I wanted to do something a bit different this time around and do a fantasy colour scheme of gold and red. I think it really makes this pump stand out. I’m just waiting on my new ID tags and then this pump will be complete.
