Thank you... it was my great grandfather's... he got it from a freind who worked for a railroad.. not sure if he worked for the santa fe..

Reminds me of the neatest little Gulf service station I use to fill up my 1968 Mustang on the corner of Centerville and First Street in Garland, Texas!

I think i found the property the station was at or still is at... theres a building across the street but its a car lot.. the cars are in the way so i cant tell if the building is old... but this building in the photo looks like a late 60s service station, pumps are gone though...

Hey Heber...thanks for the photo...it has all been torn down and rebuilt once or even twice since then. The original building was very small, just like yours. It was a Gulf station with two pumps...an awning that only one car could fit under.
