Rare Mars Toys "Mechanical Train Set" & Water Tower "Original Boxes"

I had to do a double take last week on a antique appraisal, as I found this set up in a barns rafters.

What we have here is a Mars Toys Mechanical Train Set. To be honest I was more excited to find the box then the toy within, as this is one of the rarer versions out of several that Marx made from the 1930's to the 50's. It's mostly a display piece as its missing its wheels on the train cars but what a hard piece to find at all.

Next we have a Louis Marx Water Tower with Original Box. The box is rough but how often do you find the box at all? And last but not least we have a Mars Toys Telephone Poles in original box.
