As a new member and new collector. I have stumbled across a Tokheim 34. It’s got the embossed original sides. It’s complete minus the top and the top for the sight glass. It was repainted poorly once. The metal has not been patched and is very solid everywhere.
Two questions 1) Is the motor and pump worth keeping in the unit. I would hate to devalue it by removing them?
2) What’s the value of this Tokheim 34 unrestored minus the pieces I spoke about?
I will get some pics up soon to better help with my questions. Starting the long journey to locate the missing hens teeth tops.
I appreciate your opinions. Thanks All!
