Taking offers on this. Its 8 1/4 inches long, and it's from 4811 so. Harlem Ave., Chicago 38, Ill. Made by Parisian Nov. Co. Chicago Pat. 2 - 16 -15. It's in real good shape and will send pics to interested people. Guessing its stainless steel.. hardly any rust and a hard plastic??? handle with the Arrow logo in black on one side and where and what they sold on the other side.
