Did Eco ever use stickers on vintage hose reels such as the model 32? I know nothing about vintage air hose reels but I picked up a model 32 which I'm certain there's no way it can be a repop, but instead of a metal tag it has a sticker. What few examples I can find online have metal tags. Can anybody shed any light on that?

Here's a picture of it so you can see what I'm referring to. The holes are present for the rivets but no rivets have ever been installed in those holes and no metal badge?
