For all those that served, thank you. I never did but my family certainly thanks the Canadians who liberated Holland from the Nazis and are eternally grateful for that. I have traveled through western Europe to see and remember those who did their best and gave their lives in war. Nothing stirs one's soul like the massive graveyards of Normandy and Tyne Cot.
