appears too be excessive edge chipping, pictures can be deceiving does sign have any touch up ? .. ...

Is this an internally lighted plastic sign without the "can" with the lamps and wiring?

I'm sorry...Poor description.
Sign is porcelain, heavy metal, no touch ups, not lighted.
some enamel chipping where it mounts near mounting holes.
Roughly 4' in diameter, nice colors. 100% real from i think late 40's
early 50's
