Correct Standard Oil blue

Seems there are different shades of blue done on Standard Oil pumps..
A dark blue, and one was more of a robin egg blue. Were the colors changed as time went on ?

started off with more of a cobalt blue and has got lighter

as time goes on, almost too a baby blue .. ... cool
