Looking to find the age and some history on this style can. It measures 6 5/16" high and 4 1/2" wide at each side. Why were they triangle shaped. What year (s) were they produced. What is the value of it as shown. Thanks, Larry

Back side of a reported 1880’s to 1890’s Victorian card - not much, but something!

Hello, that is almost what it says on one side of the label. When you put some water on it the print is very legible and you can read it. Took a couple close up photos. One shows a horse and carriage. All I have done is put water on the outside I haven't tried to clean it. Once the water dry's it goes back to what original photos look like. Any idea to a approx value of the can. Larry

Since know one can give me a valuation of the can. Does someone know a website or a person that collects this kind of stuff that can give it a value. Its for a non profit charity that will reap the rewards from it. Thanks, Larry
