I've got 2 double sided porcelain signs roughly 25-28 inch diameter that I want to hang from building rafters so they are visible from both sides. Neither sign is in a ring. I'm to cheap lol and honestly one sign is a bit bent and wouldnt tolerate a ring anyways.
Neither sign has factory holes at the top to hang them up. Shy of drilling holes in the signs how can I hang these without rings??
Thanks guys! Michael

that sounds like a question with no answer, your either going to have to have Owen (lowright) make you some rings (reasonable) or drill depending on value of signs - please post picture of signs of subject to analyze .. ...

I have always thought these might work, we use them to hold grid tight when installing ceilings, never have tried.

Whatever you decide, make sure they don't slip out of whatever you decide to use. A sign from a rafter would probably end up in serious injury or worse.

Thanks guys for the replies!!
I had reached out to Owen a while back but once I realized one of the signs was warped or bent I backed off on the idea of rings figuring that would cause an issue. Plus I said I was cheap lol
I did wonder about some type of a clamp setup so appreciate that suggestion as well.

I’ve seen some decent homemade rings. The one I remember that would be easy to make was just fairly thin flat stock bent in a circle and welded. They welded some little half moon tabs on one side of the inner ring. The others were just bolted in with small stove bolts. Would be fairly inexpensive to fabricate if you have time?

Yeah, I've made them too. It's do-able, but Owen is the master with these for sure. I'm not Mr. Safety be any means, but I'd want to make sure those signs are well mounted, a friction holder of some kind - No Bueno.
