The guy that retubed the neon told me that neither he or anyone else in the business had seen one like this with the garage sign. Don’t know how rare it really is but anyone have an idea of value?

If it was it was added by the original manufacturer as it has their name on both pieces. Additionally, the framework appears to be original

I own it, neon guy was interested but it’s not for sale I’m just more curious if anyone has seen another like it and a guesstimate on value
