They made a pump with porcelain skins that said firestone possibly for that pump.

Here is a link to an ad glass size chart showing what size glass went on which gas pump. https://www.gaspumpheaven.com/product-category/ad-glass-windows-rubber/The chart does not show 12" x 4" so I'm guessing that it was for a custom display cabinet or merchandiser?

Thanks. The size I listed was approximate as I didn't want to remove the rubber. The size 5 glass is close.
