Hello all,

New member here but not new to forums. Been searching for an old gas pump and ran across this one. I believe it's an Erie 77, could be wrong (learning). From pics looks original paint and possibly a Sinclair. Seller was asking $2500 but after discussing what I thought it needed and 2 months trying to sell, he lower his price to me for $1500. It appears to need the top globe, both price/gallon panels, 2 site glasses, side handle and fuel hose.

Would this be worth the $1500 ? it seems these parts are available.

Suggestions and advice or info would be greatly appreciated
Darrell

The fact that both lower stainless trim pieces are there is a big plus, however, I would be more inclined to be a buyer at 1100-1200. But that's just me? Paul www.severngaspumps.com

The pump is nice and solid which is a plus. As you noted, the parts needed to complete the pump are readily available. I'm not sure why a pannel has been added to the top of the face plates covering the site glass holes. Are you sure the fuel mainifold is there along with the spinner and rings that hold the site glass in place? You might need another $300 to $400 for parts. I would agree with Paul on a price range.

Be carefull as one pump is never enough.

I think it’s even a little lower. Not a super desirable design. I’d say it’s in the $900 - 1000 range, at best.

Definitely missing some parts, I would check with Tom Buckles for a complete sight glass manifold and Ron Scobie for faceplates then factor that cost into your offer.
