What am I missing on this reset crank shaft? I seems as though there should be some retainer clips on the shaft to prevent it from being pulled outward, resulting in it disconnecting from the computer. If someone has a picture of an intact reset crank shaft that would be great. Thanks in advance for any assistance. -Jeff

Here is a picture of the shaft. The retainer clip keeps the spring in place some it can't be pulled out. Richard

The original shaft uses little C shaped clips to hold washer against the spring. They go in the 2 little ribs in the shaft
