I sell Eco air meters regularly at swap meets. I usually get $1300-1400 for wall mounts (97’s) in nice complete unrestored condition, and $1500-1600 for pedestal ones (98’s) in nice complete unrestored condition.

In restored condition, it all depends on how old the restoration is, and how well it was done. Yours looks to be in the $2500-2900 range in my opinion.
