Mine is stamped steel and very rotten. I’d like to find a better one.

Stamp steel, that should be very easy to repair, if that is all the damage that it has. Probably easier than finding another. just need a welder.

It's worse than it looks. An entire flange is gone, and there is a big hole in the side. Yes, it can probably be repaired. If there is a better one out there I would prefer that, otherwise I will do my best to fix it.
